State Strategy for Regional Development of Ukraine till the Year 2015
The objective is to have a document which has been discussed with all national and regional interests and is ready for approval (possibly by Presidential decree).
Expert comment is urgently needed in order to have a revised draft completed by autumn 2005. Further drafts and expert input are likely to be required after that, as the document is discussed in the Cabinet of Ministers.
