of Territorial Administrative Reform"

The overall purpose is to promote the sustainability of territorial administrative reform by integrating it with budget/fiscal reform. The proposed project will provide assistance to the Government of Ukraine to make the right policy decisions by providing the Ministry of Finance with expert analysis of the financial implications of territorial reform and recommending the most appropriate budget and fiscal reform options for Ukraine to follow. The analysis will utilise the experience of similar reform programmes in Central and Eastern Europe, especially Poland, and on the lessons to be learned from these. | ||
